An introductory event to digital lidrary and E- Pallikkodam programs of Noolaham Foundation was successfully accomplished by collaboration of Noolaham Foundation and Bakya Publication at Chelva Vinayakar Kovil Cultural Hall in Matalae on 22nd and C.W. F Hall in Hatton on 23 rd of February, 2014 between 10.00 AM to 1.00PM. Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy, Mr. Mayuran Sivanathan , Mr. Senthilnathan Dharmalingam, Mr. Nanthakumar Theivendiran and Mr. Saravanan Kanagaratnam were shared this event on behalf of Noolaham Foundation.  Further,  “Uthayam” welfare society, Ambaegamuwa Divisional Youth Forum, and Tamil Cultural Council of Malaiyaham were also hold up this event.

Thelivaththai Joseph appreciates the services of Noolaham Founadation towards the Sri Lankan Tamil speaking community in the array of archiving and documenting knowledge based resources.

Further, a prefatory speech by Mr. Thilakar Myilvaganam was given to the novel books which were written by Thelivaththai Joseph and to the poet Al. Asmaths’ book “Aruvadai kanavugal”.
