Noolaham Foundation was initially established as fully volunteer contributed organization. Over the years it has become a registered organization and accepts monetary support as well. But most of the strategic members are volunteers and almost all projects of the Foundation are supported by our volunteer network.

Various groups which are active in various parts of Sri Lanka as well as around the world. The volunteers based in Sri Lanka has created a working group to support the Noolaham activities. ==Friends of Noolaham==

A support network named "Friends of Noolaham" is being established in order to support daily operations and expansion of its activities. The supporting network will consist of individuals and organisations among Tamil diaspora and other world Tamil community that support the objectives and operations of Noolaham and will support Noolaham financially and in other possible ways. The members of supporting network can contribute an advisory role to Noolaham Foundation but cannot involve or interfere in the administrative and managerial functions of Noolaham Foundation in the capacity as Friends of Noolaham members. Members who want to contribute towards Noolaham Foundation as volunteers are welcome to join one of the Noolaham Foundation teams. Friends of Noolaham members will be encouraged to join Noolaham Foundation. A chief coordinator and coordinators for each countries/ regions shall be appointed for the implementation of establishment of support network ‘Friends of Noolaham’. The main task of the coordinators is to establish the support network by mobilizing members to ‘Friends of Noolaham’.

Global Noolaham Chapters are organizations or volunteer are teams which function in various countries. These groups are involved in scanning documents, building Noolaham supportive community for their country, working for outreach activities and other information collection services.

Currently Noolaham Canada, Noolaham United kingdom and Noolaham Norway are officially registered in respective countries and contribute as the Chapters of Noolaham Foundation. And there are plans in the pipeline to register Chapters in some other countries as well.
