Noolaham : Annual Report

Noolaham : Outreach
Noolaham Foundation is trying to engage with the public institutions, activist groups, NGOs and other organizations which working with srilankan tamil communities. Our outreach program mainly focus on above elements for initiate the colloboration with the organizations.
