A meeting of Colombo Circle Youth Archivist was held at Colombo Tamil Sangam on 9th of April 2011.Some of the members of the Colombo Thamil Sangam, Volunteers of Noolaham and welwishers participated in the meeting. The news Letter Puthiya Noolaham was introduced at the event.
