Another intresting & encouraging '''"kaviyarangam"''' by a young team of poets also staged. Our advisory board member Prof.Saba.Jayarasa commenced the celebarations with his welcome address.In his address he gave a breif discribtion about Noolaham Foundation & it`s objectives.
