- Venue :Annai Illam ,Kilinochchi.
The OMI missionary had planned to open up a new public library in Kilinochchi in a month. A discussion regarding the infrastructural features of the library to be established was held on 18-10-2012. The Library Science advisory board of the Noolaham Foundation had been invited and took part in the programme. The board presented its ideas and suggestions at the discussion which were greatly welcomed by everyone. Moreover the team representing the library project requested possible help from the Foundation on their venture for which the Noolaham Foundation expressed a positive reply. The library team and the Noolaham Foundation as well reflected ideas to work together in future in useful projects. It looks evident that such an alliance would definitely be beneficial to the society in the long run.
