The 41st Literary Assembly was conducted in Jaffna on the 20th and 21st of July 2013. This event was categorized under various topics and several discussions were held on the topics.
During the second day of the assembly, a presentation on the subject ‘Pallikoodam’project of Noolaham Foundation also had taken place. The Program Coordinator of ‘Pallikoodam’ Mr.Sureshkumar Kanthasamy elaborated the plans and operations of the project to those gathered at the assembly. Mr.Thiruvarangan Mahendran also contributed to the presentation by explaining the basic principles of ‘Pallikoodam’ project and how the project would be taken forward.
