‘VISIONS GLOBAL EMPOWERMENT’ which is a USA based global nonprofit organization serving youths and communities through education development programs, has come forward to collaborate with Pallikoodam program initiated by Noolaham Foundation an year ago to enrich the education of Sri Lankan Tamil Speaking Students. Visions Global Empowerment has agreed to provide fund to complete implementing the first phase of the program. This fund will be utilized to achieve an important milestone of this project that is to initiate the customisation of Moodle platform for students where they can access digital education related resources for self study purposes. Part of the fund donated by Visions Global Empowerment was provided to Noolaham Foundation on the 5th of August 2013.

Noolaham Foundation has opened an office for the Pallikoodam program in Kaddapparai, Point Pedro road, Jaffna. More details regarding the Virtual Learning Environment created by Pallikoodam Program is available at www.epallikoodam.org , official website of the Pallikoodam program.
