‘VISIONS GLOBAL EMPOWERMENT’ which is a global nonprofit organization serving youths and communities through the education development programs has come forward to collaborate with Pallikoodam program which was initiated by ‘NOOLAHAM FOUNDATION’ an year ago to enrich the education of Sri Lankan Tamil Speaking Student Communities. Visions Global Empowerment has agreed to provide fund to complete implementing first phase of the program. This fund will be utilized to achieve a most important milestone of this project initiating the environment which is to customize moodle platform for the students where they can access digital education related resources and assess themselves. Part of the fund donated by Visions Global Empowerment was provided to Noolaham Foundation on 5th Aug 2013.

Noolaham Foundation a nonprofit organization has opened an office for the Pallikoodam program in Kaddapparai, point petro road, Jaffna. Anyone willing to know details about the Virtual Learning Environment created by Pallikoodam Program, can get to know from www.epallikoodam.org , official website of the Pallikoodam program.
