Noolaham foundation which is being driven by the effort of volunteers and the helps extended by the well-wishers has successfully passed many milestones in its past 8 years. It appointed advisor, Mr. S. Shanmugapriyan from 27th of August and mentoring workshops were conducted under his facilitation in the focus of re-engineering overall management of Noolaham foundation to cater the current requirement raised on the road map. Organization Development (OD) Exercises were carried out through a set of programs and discussions:

1. Meeting & Discussion: The meetings were held among the volunteer teams, Staffs and the stake holders of Noolaham Foundation. Noolaham Foundation’s current situations, environment, position and conditions were analyzed and strategies were discussed during this meeting.

2. Training & Facilitation: The appropriate area was identified and presentations were prepared. Training plan was finalized. Organizational aspect, project and program analysis, project formulation & writing, budget & implementing plans, monitoring evaluation & reporting, organizational structure, communication protocol & span of control reporting, analysis and drafting of term of reference for volunteer team, analysis of job requirement and drafting job description were discussed. 3. Job Recruitment: Strategies were activated from November. Staff evaluation based on the salary grid, reappointments & new appointments were carried out.

On this background, Noolaham Foundation has planned to enter into its phase-II from the 1st of November and prepared to function as a professional project office.
