Noolaham Foundation's activities are mainly guided by the following:

In addition to the above documents, Policies and Manuals are developed to guide organizational activities, clarify principles, and to otherwise further Noolaham Foundations objectives. The Manuals are currently used as Internal Documents and are documented at our Internal Wiki.

The following is the summary of current Policies adopted by the Foundation.


1. Publications Policy

The Foundation publishes

  • A Journal
  • Newsletters and a magazine
  • Books and Booklets

All content created by the Foundation should be distributed as free content (copyleft) or open content.
