Mr.Pararajasekaram Kamalaparan is the Advocasy, Communication and Public Relations Sector Lead of Noolaham Foundation.
He studied at the University of Jaffna in Bachelor Degree in Agriculture Science and specialized in Agricultural Engineering. He is currently reading for Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the Open University of Sri Lanka.
He is located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
