Shaseevan is the Director and Regulatory board chairperson of the Foundation. He is founder and a founding director of Noolaham Foundation. He was the Executive Director from initiation of the institution until handover to the management (2008 - 2013). He contributed as a Project Coordinator of Project Noolaham and organised many successful projects. He has completed the diploma level in the British Computer Society (BCS) examinations. He was work as Research Fellow in “Youth, ICTs and Political Engagement in Asia” project which is initiated by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and National University of Singapore (NUS) forming a research collaboration with “Beyond Borders” Sri Lanka. His research interests are Information Society, Knowledge Economy, Technological change on Culture, Politics and Society.
