• V035 Jafir, M.I. (Aathma) : Jafir is contributing towards the Muslim Archive initiative of the Foundation. He has contributed towards the outreach activities as well.
• V036 Janani Nagendran : Janani Nagendran is contributing towards Noolaham Colombo activities.
• V037 Janathan Thavarajah :
• V038 Janathan Thiruchchelvam : Janathan Thiruchchelvamis contributing towards Noolaham Jaffna activities.
• V039 Jasikaran, Vettivel : Jasikaran contributed 17 books in digital format, organised digitization project in Colombo, provided internet connection to upload books and provided the first office space for Noolaham activities
• V040 Jeeth Panchadcharam :
• V041 Jesurasa, A. : Jesurasa gave books to be digitized
• V042 Jeyashankar Sivagnanam : Jeyashankar gave various books, magazines and booklets to be digitized. He contributes as an Advisory Board member as well.
