Noolaham Foundation was initiated as a volunteer based project organization and has grown into an organization with the contribution of hundreds of volunteers. Even though we employ various employees as well, most of the activities are spearheaded the volunteers.

A volunteer can be as small as getting a photo or can be the participation of the strategic decisions of the Foundation. Volunteers can contribute towards Advocacy roles, Communication Team, Technology Team or Program Teams. Noolaham Foundation need the contribution of more and more volunteers to implement various projects as outlines in Roadmap 2020. Volunteers based in various countries contribute through the chapters of Noolaham Foundation

  • V006 Anuheman Annalingam : Anuheman currently(2013-) cordinates Event Management Team. He has contributed in various Teams such as Steering Board, Operational Board, Network Team, Communication Team and Program Team
  • V007 Aparajithan Sivananthan : Aparajithan is a technology team member who contributes towards Tamil Language Model and Tamil Optical Character Recognition initiatives. He is a donor as well.

  • V024 Gnanasekaran, T. : Gnanasekaran has given his books and Gnanam magazines to be digitized. He has also made monetary contributions.
  • V025 Gajani Sachithanandan : Gajani contributes towards the Finance Team of Noolaham Foundation. She has worked as a Administrative officer as well.
  • V026 Gengatharan Nagalingam : Gengatharan Nagalingam contributes towards Noolaham United Kingdom Activities
  • V027 Gobithas Tharmarajah : Gobithas contributes towards Multimedia Archive initiative. He had contributed towards Communication Team as well.
  • V028 Gowrishangar Yogendran : Gowrishangar leads the Finance Team of Noolaham Foundation. He initiated the first official external auditing process and implemented various control measures and supervises the book keeping and accounts management of Noolaham Foundation. He was a member of Finance Team, Operation Board and Steering Board.
  • V029 Gowthaman Kunchipatham : Gowthaman is in charge of Noolaham Jaffna activities.
  • V030 Guruparan Kumaravadivel : Guruparan has contributed as a Steering Board member of the Foundation. He contributes towards outreach and fund raising activities of the oundation.
  • V031 Harishanth Thiraviyanathan : Harishanth is the cordinator of Pallikoodam Program. He was a member of Steering Board Operational Board and Communication Team and has cordinated the Communication Team.
  • V032 Eelanathan Puvanenthiran : Eelanathan bought the first server space for Noolaham, brought many volunteers including Pathmanana Iyer into Noolaham, moderated the google group, donated books and magazines and provided funding for activities. He conducted outreach activities and contributed at the wiki web site as well.
  • V033 Elanko, M (Mathimaran Muththulingam) : Elango contributed towards outreach activities, conducted fund raising and made donations as well. He contributes towards Noolaham Canada activities as well.
  • V034 Imelda Karunakaran : Imelda Karunakaran contributes towards Information Service provision by guiding the Noolaham staff and volunteers
  • V035 Jafir, M.I. (Aathma) : Jafir is contributing towards the Muslim Archive initiative of the Foundation. He has contributed towards the outreach activities as well.

  • V092 Piratheepan Paramanathan : Piratheepan had initiated the first ever fund raising for Noolaham and and conducts a fund raising each year. He has contributed towards the Joola website and the Media wiki website of the Digital Library as well. He is coordinating Noolaham USA activities.
  • V093 Piratheepa Kanaga Thillainathan : Piratheepa is one of the earliest contributors and she has digitized a book and participated in the discussions. She has made monetary contributions as well.
  • V094 Pollachi Nasan : Nasan has digitized more than 150 publications and given them to Noolaham.
  • V095 Prashanth Sirinivasan : Prashanth Sirinivasan has contributed towards Noolaham Technology Team.
  • V096 Prunthaban Kanthakumar : Prunthaban is contributing towards Noolaham Technology Team (Web Archive)
  • V097 Puniyamean, Peer. Mohemed : Punniyamean has given numerous publications including his works and works published by Sinthanai Vaddam. He had also contributed towards outreach initiative by mentioning Noolaham Digital Library in his publications.

  • V107 Ravindran, Pathmanathan & Ranji Ravindran (ravi and ranji) : Ravi and Ranji has contributed 7 digitized books towards Noolaham. Their contribution was one of the earlier ones, made before Noolaham site was publicly launched

  • V109 Saatviga Sudhahar : Saatviga has digitized a publication and contributed towards the mediawiki website as well.
  • V110 Sajeev Edward, Winston : Sajeev Edward has contributed as a project coordinator and contributed towards digitization carried out at Colobo Tamil Sangam.
  • V111 Sajitharan Thavajoganathan : Sajitharan has contributed towards translation works of Noolaham documents.
  • V112 Sanjayan Selvamanickam : Sanjayan is contributing towards the Streeing Board of the Foundation and in charge of Noolaham Norway as well.

  • V128 Selvaraja Nadarajah : Selvarajah has given permission to include Noolthettam content at Noolaham. He has contributed as an Advisory Board member as well.
  • V129 Selvy Thiruchchandran : Selvy Thiruchchandran is contributing as an Advisory Board member of the Foundation.
  • V130 Senthuran Jeyarajah : Senthuran had donated a computer for Noolaham activities.
  • V131 Sentitcumaran Ramalingham : Sentitcumaran is contributing as the Secretary of Noolaham Foundation
  • V132 Seran Sivananthamoorthy : Seran is a Director of the Noolaham Foundation. He is currently the dedicated Director and a Regulatory Board memner. Earlier he has contributed in various roles in the Foundation including COO (2011-12) and Steering Board member (2012-2013). He has contributed towards Noolaham Jaffna, Noolaham Colombo, Finance Team and Program Teams. He has implemented various archiving projects of Noolaham.
  • V133 Varakini Sanmugathas : Varakini has contributed towards Tamil Documentation Conference 2013 and has contributed towards Educational Resource collection.
  • V134 Shaseevan Ganeshananthan : Shaseevan is the Director and Steering board member of the Foundation. Shaseevan was Chief Executive Officer, founder and a founding director of Noolaham Foundation. He contributed as a Project Coordinator of Project Noolaham and organised many successful projects.
  • V135 Ponnuthurai Nilanthini : Nilanthini has contributed towards Noolaham Batticaloa
  • V136 Pragash Sivakumar : Pragash has contributed towards Educational Resource collection.

  • V143 Srikanthaluxmi Arulanantham : Srikanthaluxmi contributed towards the first funded project of the Foundation, cordinating it. She has collected various rare materials to be digitized and has contributed towards implementing LIS standards.
  • V144 Varothayan Sriskantharajah : Piranavaruban has contributed towards Educational Resource collection.
  • V145 Kuneswaran, Subramaniam : Kuneswaran contributes towards the communication Team of the Foundation. He is the editor of Puthiya Noolaham newsletter and contributes towards outreach activities as well.

  • V147 Sutharsan Sirinivasan : Sutharsan is in charge of Noolaham Canada activities.
