'''Description:''' As the project reaches to the final stage of first phase, there kicks in the need for an introduction program. As a result of this, Pallikoodam project has decided to work with University of Moratuwa, Engineering Tamil Students who came up with the idea of conducting a model examination for advanced level students in bio and maths stream. Through collaborating with this set of talented youths for their mission, Pallikoodam initiative is to be spread widely. The examination covers more areas including Trincomalee, Mannar, Jaffna, Kilinochchi, Vavuniya, Batticaloa, Ampara, Kandy, Mullaitivu and Colombo.

'''Project Target:''' Introducing Moodle Platform to student communities 
'''Description:''' Pallikkoodam program joins hand with Tamil Students of Uva Wellassa University with the purpose of conducting a seminar series to prepare ordinary level students for the general examinations on this December. Uva Wellassa university Tamil students conducted this seminars covering most remote regions where Tamil speaking students sit for general exams. Additionally Moodle platform, which is being implemented was introduced to make them aware of this. More than 4000 students were participated in this seminar series and schedule has been made so that the duration was October 10, 2013 - October 27, 2013. Seminar series was held in 44 centres with 103 schools represented from 11 Districts.

'''Description:''' As a large amount of resources have been digitized, it is the time to organize them and let them be accessed by our targeted student communities. Visions Global Empowerment, a non-profit organisation which motivates children through education development programs, joins hand through collaborating with this project. Six month long project aims at initiating moodle with already digitized resources, creating active forums, introduction sessions and facilitating students with question bank. With the successful completion of this project, students will have a platform which can help them to start learning themselves without depending on external resources or person. Project tasks are being carried out at newly opened Pallikoodam program office at Kaddapirai, Jaffna.

Ashani Arulananthan is the Communication and Public Relation Associate of the Noolaham Foundation. She is the keyperson who responsible for the communication and public relation, preparing &designing publications and website uploads of the foundation activities.

Maaviddapuram, Jaffna is her birth place. She has successfully completed her graduate studies on Aquatic Resources Technology (B.Sc) degree programme in Uva Wellassa University, Badulla. Her internship in Biotechnology was accomplished at GENETECH in Borella, Colombo. She has worked on a research project in Industrial Technology of Institute (ITI), under Biotechnology unit on Antimicrobial Activity of Selected Marine Plants in the South West Coast of Sri Lanka. Her preliminary findings on this research were published in the National Aquatic Resources Development Agency (NARA). As well as another part of this research was promulgated in the Uva Wellassa University Research Symposium 2013 as Antimicrobial Activity of Seagrass ( ''Cymodoceae serrulata'') in the South West Coast of Sri Lanka.

Currently, as a research fellow in the University of Jaffna, she has initiated research studies on the coral reefs and marine algae around the Jaffna Peninsula for better and innovative footpath to value add the local resources.

She is in a position to prepare a clear budgetary planning for both the short and long term, to make aware the organization about the financial implications of any decision before proceeding and to ensure that financial practices are in line with all statutory legislation and regulations. She is also obliged to project the cash flows and to determine on investments and finance projects. She works for the Noolaham Foundation for quite a long time and possesses a very good sound knowledge about the overall activities and networks of the organization.

She is an old girl of Methodist College, Colombo where she has served as a prefect and participated in various activities organized by the school. She is currently following the external degree of Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) from the University of Jaffna and also following a course in Chartered Accountancy (CA).

An introductory event about the Noolaham digital library and Pallikkoodam programs of the Noolaham Foundation was held at C.W.F hall in Hatton in collaboration with Paakkia Printers on 23rd of February, 2014 between 10.00 AM to 1.00PM. Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy, Mr. Mayuran Sivanathan , Mr. Nanthakumar Theivendiran and Mr. Saravanan Kanagaratnam represented Noolaham Foundation at this event. “Uthayam” welfare society, Ambaegamuwa Divisional Youth Forum, and Tamil Cultural Council of Malaiyaham also participated in this event.

Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy delivered the introductory note on the Noolaham Foundation. Digital Library Introduction was given By Mayuran Sivanathan, and Pallikoodam Program & LMS Introduction were presented by Mr. Nanthakumar Theivendiran. Thelivaththai Joseph appreciated the services of Noolaham Founadation towards the Sri Lankan Tamil speaking community in the array of archiving and documenting knowledge resources.

On this event, documentation collection of Upcountry books were gifted to the school and public library participants in the form of compact disc (CD) and printed books. Further, a prefatory speech by Mr. Thilakar Myilvaganam was given to the novel books which were written by Thelivaththai Joseph and to the poet Al. Asmaths’ book “Aruvadai kanavugal”.

The event was congregated with nearly hundred characteristic of participants especially from the school teachers and writers who gained scenic values of the digital lidrary and E- pallikkodam programs of Noolaham Foundation. As well as it has been identified as the cellar point in which Noolaham Foundation has broaden their networking and collaboration in the Upcountry regions for archiving, supporting, developing, and processing of knowledge and Information services through the open access facilities for educational prosperity to Tamil speaking communities.
As more, it can be said that the technological and standards of Noolaham Foundations’ programs which will enhance the new ventures in the virtual learning platforms to Sri Lankan Tamil speaking communities including upcountry people.

Noolaham Foundation has broadened its networking and collaboration in the Upcountry regions for archiving, supporting, developing, and processing of knowledge and Information services through the open access facilities for educational prosperity of Tamil speaking communities.
In relation to this, an introductory event to digital lidrary and E- pallikkodam programs of Noolaham Foundation was successfully accomplished by collaboration of Noolaham Foundation and Paakkia Printers at Chelva Vinayakar Kovil Cultural Hall in Mattale on 22nd February, 2014 between 10.00 AM to 1.00PM.

About hundred participants especially the school teachers and writers participated in this event. Noolaham digital library and Pallikkodam programs of Noolaham Foundation were introduced to the participants. Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy, Mr. Mayuran Sivanathan , Mr. Senthilnathan Dharmalingam, Mr. Nanthakumar Theivendiran and Mr. Saravanan Kanagaratnam represented Noolaham Foundation. “Uthayam” welfare society, Ambaegamuwa Divisional Youth Forum, and Tamil Cultural Council of Malaiyaham also participated in this event.

Noolaham Foundation has broaden their networking and collaboration in the Upcountry regions for archiving, supporting, developing, and processing of knowledge and Information services through the open access facilities for educational prosperity to Tamil speaking communities.
Regarding this, an introductory event to digital lidrary and E- pallikkodam programs of Noolaham Foundation was successfully accomplished by collaboration of Noolaham Foundation and Paakkia Printers at Chelva Vinayakar Kovil Cultural Hall in Mattale on 22nd February, 2014 between 10.00 AM to 1.00PM.

On this event, nearly hundred participants especially from the school teachers and writers who gathered scenic values of the digital lidrary and E- pallikkodam programs of Noolaham Foundation. Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy, Mr. Mayuran Sivanathan , Mr. Senthilnathan Dharmalingam, Mr. Nanthakumar Theivendiran and Mr. Saravanan Kanagaratnam were shared this event on behalf of Noolaham Foundation. Further, “Uthayam” welfare society, Ambaegamuwa Divisional Youth Forum, and Tamil Cultural Council of Malaiyaham were also boost this event.
Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy delivered the introductory note on the Noolaham Foundation. Nextly, Digital Library Introduction was given By Mayuran Sivanathan, and Pallikoodam Program & LMS Introduction was talked by Mr. Nanthakumar Theivendiran. Thelivaththai Joseph appreciates the services of Noolaham Founadation towards the Sri Lankan Tamil speaking community in the array of archiving and documenting knowledge based resources.
Further, documental collections of Upcountry books were gifted to the school and public library participants in the form of compact disc (CD) and printed books by both collaborate parties. Further, a prefatory speech by Mr. Thilakar Myilvaganam was given to the novel books which were written by Thelivaththai Joseph and to the poet Al. Asmaths’ book “Aruvadai kanavugal”.
As more, it can be said that the technological and standards of Noolaham Foundations’ programs which will enhance the new ventures in the virtual learning platforms to Sri Lankan Tamil speaking communities including upcountry people.

==Before 2005==
* The digitization of Sri Lankan Tamil books was first initiated by R. Pathmanaba Iyer. In this effort he digitized 40 Sri Lankan Tamil books in 1999 and 13 were added online through 'Project Madurai' in the later part of 2000 (Project Madurai was started in 1998).
* After 1999 various individuals digitized a few books and made them available online. In these individual initiatives include 'Eelanool' (M. Mauran and T. Kopinath) [2004], 'E-Suvadi' (U. Jeyatheepan, T. Thavaruban and M. Mauran) [2004] and 'Thamil Valai' (Kanaga Sritharan) [2004].
 

==2005==
* Project Noolaham, emphasizing collective and voluntary efforts and promoting openness, was started in January 2005 by Muralitharan Mauran and Thillainathan Kopinath. Earlier digitization efforts were incorporated into 'Project Noolaham'. Thus contributions made by R. Pathmanaba Iyer towards 'Project Madurai' since 1999 and eBooks created by 'Eelanool' during 2004 were included at Project Noolaham. Noolaham, from the beginning, strived to avoid duplication of efforts and stressed collectiveness for synergy.
* The 'Noolaham Google group' was started on 31st August, 2005
* Pathmanaba Iyer was appointed as an advisor for Project Noolaham. K. T. Pratheepa, P. Eelanathan, R. Pathmanaba Iyer, K. Raminitharan, Mathy Kandasamy, L. Natkeeran, Kanaga Sritharan and many others started to contribute towards Project Noolaham.
* R. Pathmanaba Iyer and S. Thevaraja (Thesiya Kalai Ilakkiyap Peravai) agreed to add their work in Project Noolaham and started supporting and contributing to it from then onwards.
* The first server for Noolaham was bought by P. Eelanathan by August 2005.
* In the end of 2006 the number of total books digitized was 100.
 

==2006==
* With the support and contribution of the volunteers and other contributors, the online digital library www.noolaham.net was made available online for public access with 100 eBooks in January 2006.
* PathmanabaIyer and A. Srikanthalakshmy’s efforts to utilize funds to accelerate digitization - the first funded project began in 2006.
* In the beginning all documents were in the typing form of htm. Then, Kopinath introduced scanning as a means of digitizing the publications by the end of 2006.
* In the end of 2006 the number of total books digitized was 362.
 

==2007==
* In January 2007, Mathy Kandasamy produced the second year annual report of Project Noolaham.
* From 2007, direct monetary contributions were accepted. And the first fund-raising event was organized by P. Piratheepan in South California, USA.
* G. Shaseevan started vast level of digitizing work for Noolaham. He started digitizing with 20 scanners targeting 60,000 pages of 2500 documents includes books and magazines.
* Mr. Teliwatte Joseph offered to digitize his vast collection of magazines.
* A space for office, and preliminary equipment were arranged by V. Jasikaran.
* Until mid-2007, Project Noolaham maintained a manually created website using HTML pages and links. In June 2007, Joomla was selected as the content management system and P.Piratheepan took over the responsibility of creating pages for the site.
* After a couple of months Media Wiki software was installed and the site was transformed again. Muralitharan Mauran was instrumental in selecting these content management systems. The structure of the Wiki site was formed by Kopinath and many volunteers including P.Piratheepan and R. Mathubhashini contributed. Vinodh Rajan integrated various web tools to the site later.
* N. Selvarajah gave permission to add details about books from his Nooltheddam volumes at the Wiki, and extracted the relevant information and sent them to volunteers.
* In July 2007, the Co-founder and Project Coordinator T. Kopinath gave his role of coordinating after 2 1/2 years to G. Shaseevan. Since then Shaseevan started revamping Project Noolaham.
* The approach of Project Noolaham was transformed from volunteer-centered to project-centered, to increase the efficiency by G. Shaseevan.
* The first collaborative digitization began when Project Noolaham digitized the entire publication of the Women's Education and Research Center (WERC) in 2007.
* The digitizing method was also modified by Shaseevan to include editing. Scanning impurities were removed and readers presented with a cleaned version of the scanned images. Completeness of the documents was emphasized and digitizing all documents related to each other was given priority.
* Project Noolaham was transformed to incorporate all printed materials, including magazines, newspapers, research papers and souvenirs.
* In the end of 2007 the number of total books digitized was 1618.
 

==2008==
* In January 2008, T. Kopinath produced the third year annual report of Project Noolaham.
* G. Shaseevan formed an institutional model to transform Project Noolaham from project centered to institution centered that resulted in Noolaham Foundation.
* In October 2008, PollachiNasan of www.thamizham.net started digitizing his vast collection and giving priority to the digitization of Sri Lankan Tamil documents. He shared the digitized documents with Noolaham.
* Mr. S. Mugunth from Thamizha organization donated another server to Project Noolaham, since the existing server was insufficient to meet the increasing demands.
* The foundation started functioning with R. Pathmanaba Iyer (Chairperson), G. Shaseevan (Coordinator), T. Kopinath, P. Piratheepan, M. Mauran, L. Natkeeran and P. Eelanathan as Board of Trustees.
* Projects implemented in 2008: Muhappu Seyattiddam (Front Page Project); Ithazhagam Project; Colombo Scanning Project, 2008; Trincomalee Scanning Project, 2008; Thamizham Pollachi Nasan Project.
* In the end of 2008 the number of total books digitized was 2888.
 

==2009==
* In January 2009, G. Shaseevan produced the fourth year Annual report of Project Noolaham.
* In later part of 2009 G. Shaseevan produced the first Annual report of year 2008 for Noolaham Foundation
* Noolaham Foundation reconfigured itself as an independent organization separated from Project Noolaham. Significant factors that contributed to this divergence: the difficulties associated with designating responsibilities to the numerous volunteers involved in Project Noolaham within certain time frames or deadlines was considered counter-productive to the assigning of organizational responsibilities; and as an organization, the assumption of responsibility is not viable without direct communication with each individual contributor.
* The foundation decided to function separately from Project Noolaham, while continuing to provide financial assistance to Project Noolaham volunteers for the digitization projects.
* The organizational objectives of the foundation were broadened to include: Promoting open access to information sources; maintaining an online Tamil digital library; supporting digital preservation initiatives and promote efficient strategies for enhanced digital content creation and diffusion; engaging in awareness-raising campaigns on various issues such as digital preservation, information literacy and knowledge management; facilitating knowledge transfer and foster research and development activities.
* The Foundation assumed the responsibility of developing Tamil Digital Library which provides indexing services to Project Noolaham, cataloguing their collection.
* For the first time since the organization was founded, money has been utilized to carry out necessary administrative and website development activities. Grants were provided to select individuals and tasks assigned to them.
* In 2009, a paper was presented by G. Shaseevan on issues related to Noolaham. The first was submitted at the titled “Local Language Content Preservation through digitization and Archiving” at the 'Symposium on Localized Systems and Applications 2009' conference hosted by the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
* Until the end of 2009, there was no systemized fund raising activity that continuously brings in revenues. The projects were dependent on unpredictable random monetary contributions, thus getting delayed and taking longer periods to be completed, and the administrative tasks of the foundation were also interrupted.
* The detrimental effects of unpredictable monetary flow were identified by the end of 2009, and a systematic financial planning was implemented. As a result, total monthly expense of the foundation was defined as 100,000 Sri Lankan rupees, and 12 sponsors for each month were also identified.
* During 2009, a total of 72 donors together contributed more than one million Rupees. This amount singlehandedly exceeds the money raised by the organization over the first four years. R. Pathmanaba Iyer has continued to be the leading donor and has been instrumental in raising funds from several others. Ilankai Tamil Sangam of WA contributed significantly by hosting a fund-raiser, collecting circa 3,000 Australian dollars.
* The foundation collaborates with various initiatives and organizations in knowledge-related activities. Such collaborations include, but are not limited to, the following: Project Noolaham, Women’s' Education and Research Centre, Colombo Tamil Sangam, Thesiya Kalai Ilakkiya Peravai, Chinthanai Vaddam, European Tamil Documentation and Research Centre, Thamizham, Suvadi Digital Library, Viluthu, International Centre for Ethnic Studies, International Institute for Research and Analytical Activities
* In the end of 2009 the number of total books digitized was 5178.
 

==2010==
* The Noolaham Foundation was legally registered (GA 2390) in May 2010.
* The foundation’s Board of Trustees, Members, Associate members was assigned and, Project Task Force, Regional Task Force, and Global Task Force were created.
* As a result of systemized fund raising efforts, the foundation achieved 83% of its targeted monetary inflow in 2010.
* The total financial contribution received in 2010 exceeded the 2009 amount by 55%, and the number of donors had also doubled.
* The digitizing project of the foundation 'Vaasikasaalai 2010', digitizing more than 1000 newspapers, was implemented
* Eight awareness raising sessions, two volunteer meetings, a digitization training workshop, and a number of other meetings were organized. A leaflet was printed and distributed at various meetings.
* A pilot project was carried out by late 2010 to publish a monthly newsletter. The newsletter will cover news about the Foundation's activities and related articles. The first issue was published in January 2011.
* The foundation extended financial assistance to Keetru website and Aayvakam (IIRAA).
* As of 2010, publishers such as Tamiliyal, Kalachuvadu, Gnanam, Kaalam, Thai Veedu, London ThamilarThakaval, Vaikarai, ChinthanaiVaddam, Anpuneri, and Oodaru archive digital versions of their publications at Project Noolaham.
* As of 2010, the following organizations collaborate with Noolaham Foundation: Project Noolaham, Thamizham, Suvadi Digital Library, Tamil National Archive, Keetru, Foundation for Library Awareness, International Institute for Research and Analytical Activities (IIRAA), Women’s Education and Research Centre, Viluthu, Colombo Tamil Sangam, International Tamil Small Magazines Association, Cintanaikoodam.
* In the end of 2010 the number of total books digitized was 8187.
 

==2011==
* Headed by K. Ramanaish and with contribution from various individuals, Strategic Plan 2012-2014 was created. The agreed strategic priorities are: Formulate strategic framework; Organization development; Resource Mobilization and Collaboration; Global Transformation; Observance of ethical and professional standards; and Advocacy and Communication
* Roadmap 2020, a document to guide Foundation's future initiates was also created during the Strategy Planning
* Operational Framework of the Foundation was revamped and the Steering Board was created to enable collective decision making
* The number of digitized documents passed 10,000 during November 2011
* Puthiya Noolaham newsletter was launched in January 2011
* Four Special Archives (Muslim Archive, Women Archive, Upcountry Archive, and Thalith Archive) were launched during 2011
* Data Collection about organizations reached 3,000 entries.
* More than 100 copyright holders gave permission to include their works at Noolaham Archive and Digital Library
* Four presentations, four volunteer sessions, a digitization training workshop and numerous smaller meetings were conducted
* G. Shaseevan who visited India for Foundation related activities delivered speeches at RMRL and University of madras.
* Seran Sivananthamoorthy received Ashoka young innovators award.
* Seran Sivananthamoorthy was appointed as a Director of Noolaham Foundation during September 2011.

==2012==
* Noolaham Foundation Administrative Office was opened in Tamil Sangam ion February.
* Seventh anniversary of Noolaham Foundation was celebrated in Sangarapillai Hall, Tamil Sangam.
* Noolaham Foundation was awarded with Federal Assistance Award by Public Affairs Office of the U. S. Department of State, Colombo.
* Introductory event of Newsletter, 'Puthiya Noolaham' was held in Vadamaradchi.
* Mr. S. Seran, Director of Noolaham Foundation, attended a training programme provided by the French Institute of Pondicherry on manuscripts archive. Thereafter manuscripts archive was also successfully carried out by Noolaham Foundation through various projects such as Chunnakam public library.
* Muslin archive was also initiated from akkaraipattu.
* Noolaham Foundation actively participated in the World Tamil Literary Conference 2012.
* Noolaham Foundation was awarded with 'Thamil pazhanam' award by the Hindu Union of Colombo University.
* Noolaham Foundation collaborated with Neelan Tiruchelvam Trust in digitization projects in October.
* Jaffna Public library, Colombo Tamil Sangam and many writers presented their books for digitization processes.
* Noolaham Foundation initiated the project called 'Pallikoodam' to construct a virtual learning system via internet in late 2012.
 

==2013==
* Noolaham Foundation discussed on 'Pallikoodam' project with CFCD employees with the view of getting their valuable support towards this project.
* It was discussed on publishing Noolaham Research Journal and as initiatives towards this publication, it planned to hold the Tamil Documentation Conference.
* Kilinochi Lebera Library was presented with digitized books and documents by Noolaham Foundation.
* Organizing committee of TDC held a meeting in Colombo and discussed on the requirements for the conference.
* 'Panaiyolai' Documentation Conference and 'Nudpam' conference were held in March.
* 'Pallikoodam' project was discussed with foreign resource persons on seeking advice with the view of carrying forward the project more efficiently and soon after a discussion was also held among the volunteers of Noolaham Foundation regarding the respective project.
* Noolaham Foundation & its services were introduced to the people in Batticaloa.
* Noolaham Foundation digitized the publications released by Colombo Royal College under the project of Documenting the Organizations.
* The Tamil Documentation Conference which is the first conference ever held in Sri Lanka on the documentation concepts was grandly taken place on the 27th & 28th of April.
* Tamil students of Moratuwa University joined the 'Pallikoodam' project to conduct the G.C.E Advanced Level model examinations.
* Noolaham Foundation had its initial discussions with Raking leaves with the focus of carrying out the documentation projects together.
* Noolaham Foundation had its initial meeting with the library Coordinator of Asia Art archive (Hong kong), Linda Lee with the focus of carrying out the documentation projects together.

* Working Committee for the Documentation of Upcountry Documents was formed in September.
* Noolaham got permission to document “Illathu Pona Inpangal” by Koviloor Selvarajan.
* Noolaham Foundation digitized the publications released by Jaffna Hindu College under the project of Documenting the Organizations and a CD named, 'Aaram' was also released by the Old students of Jaffna Hindu College- Colombo Branch.
* Mentoring workshops for Organization Development (OD) Exercises were held in October.
* Fund Raising Campaign for ‘Pallikoodam’ was undertaken by the officials and volunteers of Noolaham Foundation.
* A visit was made by the officials and volunteers of Noolaham Foundation to Batticaloa with the view of establishing a working unit in Batticaloa.
* Meetings were arranged with the Tamil students of Uva-Wellasa University and the Jaffna students awaiting for the Sri Lankan University Entrance on expressing gratitude for their support to 'Pallikoodam' pproject.
* Press meeting was held in Colombo with the view of socializing Noolaham.
* Noolaham was in process to celebrate its 9th Year Annual Celebrations & Cultural Events on 4th of January 2014.
* Discussion on initiation of Multimedia Archive was taken place in Noolaham office with Mr. Gnanadas.

* Noolaham Foundation’s 9th Year Annual Celebrations & Cultural Events was held. Release of ‘Tamil Documentation Conference – 2013'and the launch of official website for virtual learning were significant events.
* Technical Advisory Board (TAB) meeting was convened and strategic discussions on future programs and technical issues were discussed.
* A discussion held on publishing the first Noolaham Research Journal with Mr. K. Shanmugalingam and proposed to release the Noolaham Research Journal once in a six months period
* Noolaham Foundations' working unit was opened at the Community Medicine Department in University of Jaffna where archiving of documents are ongoing.
* Discussion was held with Dr. S. Jeyasankar on documenting and archiving photos, art, ‘Third Eye’ publication, Internship program with university students and the research journal of Noolaham Foundation.
* Initiation of Pallikoodam program at ‘Kurinchip Peravai’ event in Newberg Tamil Maha Vidyalaya, ‘Ella’- Village, Badulla was successfully launched.
* The state, strategies and condition of Maldives in documenting and archiving their historical values were shared by Mr. Ahmed Naufal, President and Project Manager of ‘Rasfahi’, Revive with the Noolham foundation.
* Director of Noolaham Foundation was honored with a memorial trophy in the cultural ceremony, ‘Malaithenral’ by the Tamil students of Uva-Wellasa University, and director expressed his gratitude for the felicitation and for volunteer support for the ‘Pallikoodam’ project.

F Hall in Hatton on 23 rd of February, 2014 between 10.00 AM to 1.00PM. Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy, Mr. Mayuran Sivanathan , Mr. Senthilnathan Dharmalingam, Mr. Nanthakumar Theivendiran and Mr. Saravanan Kanagaratnam were shared this event on behalf of Noolaham Foundation. Further, “Uthayam” welfare society, Ambaegamuwa Divisional Youth Forum, and Tamil Cultural Council of Malaiyaham were also hold up this event.

Further, a prefatory speech by Mr. Thilakar Myilvaganam was given to the novel books which were written by Thelivaththai Joseph and to the poet Al. Asmaths’ book “Aruvadai kanavugal”.

Both days the event was congregated with nearly two hundred characteristic of participants especially from the school teachers and writers who gained scenic values of the digital lidrary and E- pallikkodam programs of Noolaham Foundation.
