இலங்கை தமிழ் பேசும் சமூகங்கள் தொடர்பான பல்வேறு ஆவணங்களைச் சேகரிப்பதன் மூலம் எண்ணிம நூலக சேகரிப்பை வலுப்படுத்தும் நோக்கில் நூலக நிறுவனத்தினால் இச் செயற்றிட்டம் ஊடாக ஆவணங்களை ஆவணப்படுத்துதல், பாதுகாத்தல் மற்றும் திறந்த அணுக்கம் ஆகியவை நோக்கங்களாகக் கொண்டு எண்ணிம நூலக சேகரிப்பு மேம்பாட்டு திட்டம் 2015 இல் மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.

Digital Noolaham Development Program is an initiative undertaken by Noolaham annually. This project includes digitization of documents that authors and archivers gift or lend Noolaham, digitization of documents collected as part of various projects undertaken by Noolaham, identifying and digitizing documents that have been left out during previous initiatives and new documents that need to be added to the existing collection and adding multimedia documents collected during the various initiatives undertaken by Noolaham. Under this project 1000 documents were uploaded on the Noolaham website in 2015.

Digital Noolaham Development Program is an initiative undertaken by Noolaham annually. This project includes digitization of documents that authors and archivers gift or lend Noolaham, digitization of documents collected as part of various projects undertaken by Noolaham, identifying and digitizing documents that have been left out during previous initiatives and new documents that need to be added to the existing collection and adding multimedia documents collected during the various initiatives undertaken by Noolaham. Under this project 1000 documents were uploaded on the Noolaham website in 2015.
