Ramaiah Alaguraja is the Research Sector Lead of Noolaham Foundation.
He graduated from the University of Jaffna in 2021 with a Second Class (Upper Division) specializing in Sociology . Upon graduation, He worked as temporary Assistant Lecturer in Sociology at the Department of Sociology, University of Jaffna.
From December 2021 to May 2022, he worked as a Monitoring and Evaluation Officer for the Association for Health and Counselling.
He was appointed as Noolaham Foundation's Research Sector Lead in June 2022.
He is located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
