Rathina Iyer Pathmanaba Iyer
Pathmanaba Iyer is the Chairperson and a founding director of Noolaham Foundation. He contributes substantially towards the Foundation's outreach work, in locating source materials, and in raising funds.
Pathmanaba Iyer was born in 1941 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He graduated in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He has worked as a Divisional Officer in the Land Commissioner’s Department from 1972 to end of 1989 when until he left for the United Kingdom.
He pioneered Sri Lankan Tamil digitization efforts in collaboration with Project Madurai in 1999. He is a well known publisher and founded and operates Tamiliyal Publications. His contribution to the Sri Lankan Tamil Literature spans more than four decades. Pathmanaba Iyer was instrumental in bringing creative works with diverse point of views to the fore. In 2004, he was awarded with Iyal Viruthu, an award organized by the South Asia Studies Centre of the University of Toronto and Tamil Literary Garden, for his lifetime achievements.

Shaseevan Ganeshananthan
Shaseevan is the Chief Executive Director of Noolaham Foundation. He is the founder and a founding director of Noolaham Foundation. He contributed as a Project Coordinator of Project Noolaham and organised many successful projects. Under his management, Project Noolaham grew exponentially in number of works digitized, its organizational capacity was strengthened and the Noolaham Foundation was created.
Shaseevan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1982. He followed B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics and Statistics) in University of Colombo. He has completed the diploma level in the British Computer Society (BCS) examinations. His research interests are Networked Information Economy/Tech-Sociology, Information Science - Architecture - Society, Knowledge Economy, Technological change on Culture, Politics and Society.
Shaseevan is currently a Research Fellow in a project initiated by the International Development Research Centre and National University of Singapore forming a research collaboration with “Beyond Borders” Sri Lanka. He also works as the Executive Director of the International Institute of Research and Analytical Activities, a research institute that coordinates existing talents and aims to provide independent spaces for their interaction and integration.
He is located in Jaffna and Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Kopinath Thillainathan
Kopinath is the Chief Information Officer of the Noolaham Foundation. He is the co-founder of Project Noolaham and a founding director of the Noolaham Foundation.
He was born in 1982 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is a Finance and Accounting graduate from the University of Curtin, Australia.
His focuses on building platforms to create digital Tamil content with efficiency. He contributes to Tamil Wikimedia projects as well. His research interests are Information Science and Knowledge Economy.
He is located in Perth, Australia.

Rajaratnam Sivachandran
Sivachandran is responsible for Public Interaction of the Foundation.
Sivachandran was born in 1943 in Velanai, Jaffna; educated in Velanai Central College , Jaffna Vaideswaren Vidyalam , Senguntha Hindu College and Jaffna College; graduated from University of Ceylon Peradeniya and University of Madras; obtained BA Hon (Ceylon ) and MA (Research ) ( Ceylon ) and served for 30 years as a lecturer of Geography in the University of Peradeniya, University of Kelaniya and University of Jaffna.
After working at the University of Peradeniya and the University of Kelaniya, he joined the University of Jaffn as senior lecturer in 1980. He became a Professor in Geography in 1998. He also held various positions including Head of the Geography Department, the Acting Head in the Department of Sociology, coordinator of Extra-mural studies and the Dean of the faculty of Arts (2004-2007) at University of Jaffna. He was also a initiator of the Media resource and Training centre in the University of Jaffna.
He was the editor (1996) of Chinthanai (The Journal of the Faculty of Arts, University of Jaffnal; editorial Advisor (1992) to Markam (Journal of Marga Institute Colombo) and a consultant (Vol 05) to Jaffna Geographer (The Journal of the Geographical Society, University of Jaffna). He has also held various honorary positions including the President of University Teacher’s Association (1998-2000), Senior member of SLRC, Zonal Chairman - Lions Club of Jaffna (2009) and Consultant of Jaffna Environmental protection society Irrigation Department , Kachcheri, Jaffna.
He is located in Jaffna, Srilanka.
Nimalaprakasan Skandakumar
Nimal is the Chief Technical officer. He is responsible for the technical infrastructure of the Foundation. Nimal is maintaining a group for handling technical issues.
Nimal was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1985. He studied in Royal College, Sri Lanka. He is a graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Now he is following Doctor of Philosophy in Information Security in Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia. His career focus areas are Systems Engineering, Information Security, Databases and Bio-informatics, with special expertise in Privacy Enabled Systems, Multimedia and Photography.
Nimal took part in various Leo Club projects and also has contributed to open source and localization projects.
He is located in Brisbane, Australia.
Seran Sivananthamoorthy
Seran is the Chief Operational Officer of the Foundation. He administrates the day to day operations of Noolaham's digitalization efforts. Seran is maintaining a group for handling Noolaham Foundations operations. Earlier he worked as a General Manager in Noolaham Foundation.
Seran was born in 1990 in Jaffna. He studied in Jaffna Hindu College. Currently, he is an Engineering undergraduate student at the University of Moratuwa, Colombo.
He has actively participated in various activities and held leading positions including President, Secretary etc in school clubs.
He is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Vinodh Rajan
Vinodh is responsible for the Tamil Digital Library website and contributes as the Wiki Developer. He has spearheaded the optimization of the site by automating wiki tasks, integrating various tools and implementing various updates.
Vinodh was born in 1987 in Chennai, India. He is a graduate in Information Technology and Chemical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. His research interests are Computational Linguistics, Indic Language Computing, Orthographies and Web Intelligence. He is fluent in English, Telugu, Tamil & Hindi.
Vinodh has contributed to Tamil Wikipedia and actively participates in Tamil Heritage Foundation activities including Heritage Wiki.
He is located in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Guruparan Kumaravadivel
Guruparan is responsible for the legal issues related to the Foundation.
Guruparan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1985. He studied at Jaffna Hindu College. He is a Law graduate from the University of Colombo. He was the batch top student and Gold medalist in Law Faculty, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka. He is joining the University of Oxford as a post graduate student in Law on a Chevening Scholarship awarded by the Government of the United Kingdom
He has as a assistant lecturer attached to the Department of Law in the University of Jaffna ant taught Constitutional Law, Public International Law and the Law of Delict. Prior to that, he had worked as a consultant with the Centre for Policy Alternatives, Berghof Foundation for Conflict Studies and the International Crisis Group. He was Founder Convenor of the Sri Lankan Youth Parliament and a member of the National Taskforce on Youth Employment.
He is located in Oxford, United Kingdom.
