Srisabesan Nagalingam, Sivakumar Balasubramaniam, Manitharsha Sivakumar, Atchuthan Sivakumar, Sathiyajith Suntharamorthy, Manivannan  Krish, N. Satchithananthan, Gengatharan Nagalingam, Charles Antonidas, Rathina Iyer Pathbanaba Iyer, P. Rajanayagam, Chinniah rajeshkumar (Ragavan), J. Bharaneetharan, Joy Poornachandran and Shaseevan Ganeshananthan attended the meeting.

Srisabesan Nagalingam chaired the meeting. First, all introduced themselves. Then Rathina Iyer Pathmanaba Iyer spoke about and the history of Project Noolaham and Noolaham Foundations. Pathmanaba Iyer also mentioned noolaham's problems and needs in detail. He spoke about history of fund raising activities as well.

He spoke about Noolaham Foundation's structure, Noolaham Foundation's Transparency, Noolaham Regional Task Force, Noolaham Global task Force and other Noolaham structure.
