Our advisory board member Prof.Saba.Jayarasa commenced the celebarations with his welcome address. In his address he gave a breif description about Noolaham Foundation & it`s objectives. It was followed by the directors address by our Cheif Operating Officer Mr.S.Seran. In his address he talked about our journey through the past seven years & our future targets which are to be achieved in the coming years.
In this celebration we also staged some programs of cultural values from University Of Moratuwa, University Of Peradeniya & Sreerama Sirusdi Naadiya Palli. A "kooththu" program from Batticalo 3rd Eye Local Knowledje & Skills Activists Friends Circle was staged and also another intresting & encouraging "kaviyarangam" by a young team of poets was staged.
