The committee includes senior journalists and writers such as Theliwaththai Joseph, Thilagarajah Mylvaganam (Malliyappusanthi Thilagar), Lunugala Sri, T.V.Thinakaran, M.A. Al- Azoomath, and Lenin Mathivanam. The Committee members held a discussion on the 28th of September 2013 at the Noolaham foundation.
 
The discussion focused on different methods and systems that could be devised and created for documenting manuscripts related to the upcountry. In addition to the committee members, the director of Noolaham foundation, Mr. Seran Sivananthamoorthy and other Volunteers from the foundation participated in the meeting. Further, the volunteers of the foundation explained certain technical aspects of this project and the processes of “scanning” at this meeting. Details pertaining to the documentation of upcountry manuscripts will be explained to the upcountry communities very soon. Mr. Sivalingam Sivakumaran has been included in this project for this purpose.
