The TDC book, ‘Tamil Documentation Conference 2013 – Aaivuk Katturai Kovai’ and a CD consisting nearly 70 up-country documents that have been digitized and archived by Noolaham Foundation were handed over to the principal of Badulla Newberg Tamil Maha Vidyalaya, Mr. Rajamanikkam. The principal mentioned in his address that Noolaham Foundation is carrying out such a pronounced project like ‘Pallikoodam’ and helping out the poor and vulnerable students. He also remarked that most of the schools in Badulla have facilities for internet access and quite a good number of students have mobile access to internet, hence it will be a great support for these students to make available their course materials, pilot and model exam papers, question banks and more related study materials. Another copy of TDC book was handed over to Mr. M. Thilagar (Malliyapusanthy) for his great support in organizing the meetings in up-country and contribution towards the up-country documentation.
