Thiruvarangan contributes towards Advocacy and Community Building initiatives of Noolaham Foundation.
Thiruvarangan is from Vaddukoddai, Sri Lanka. He is a graduate student in English. Currently he is working as a Teaching Associate at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. He had his primary and secondary education at Jaffna College, Vaddukoddai (1991-1995 & July 1997- 2004) and Vavuniya Tamil MMV (1996 - June 1997), and obtained a BA special degree in English from the University of Peradeniya in 2009.
