A discussion on publishing the first Noolaham Research Journal was held on 21st Jan. 2014 in Noolaham office at 6pm with Mr. K. Shanmugalingam. It was proposed to release the Noolaham Research Journal once in a six months period. Prior to this, it was also suggested to conduct the presentation session of all the selected research articles received from the researchers, educationalists, teachers and even students. The selected potential high quality research papers will be published in the Noolaham Research Journal which is going to be released in an international standard.

Mr. S. Seran, Mr. G. Shasheevan, Mr. K. Ramanaish, Mr. S. Shanmugapriyan and Mr. S. Mayuran were also actively participated representing Noolaham Foundation in this event. Suggestions were also put forward on identification of research areas, identification of expertise for each sections and calling out for the research articles for the Noolaham Journal. Each task was recommended to be executed by the end of February. Required committees viz. editorial board and the publication team were formed and relevant authorities were nominated to each committee. Management of the Noolaham Foundation was also agreed to extend its full support throughout the course of work.
