More concentrations were focused on computer based teaching and self-learning tools and its development, testing and launching methods. Some aspects of alternative e-learning tools also were discussed. It is understood that Noolaham Foundation and SERVE could collaborate together to provide better service to dependent student communities in near future.

Discussion with Dr. N. Ethirveerasingam on technical matters
