Rathina Iyer Pathmanaba Iyer

Pathmanaba Iyer

Pathmanaba Iyer is the Chairperson of Noolaham Foundation. He contributes substantially towards the Foundation's outreach work, in locating source materials, and in raising funds.

Pathmanaba iyer was born in 1941 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He graduated in Mathematics from University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He has worked as a mathematics teacher in Sahira College.

He pioneered Sri Lankan Tamil digitization efforts in collaboration with Project Madurai in 1999. He is a well known publisher and founded and operates Tamiliyal Publications. His contribution to the Sri Lankan Tamil Literature spans more than four decades. Pathmanaba Iyer was instrumental in bringing creative works with diverse point of views to the fore.

He is located in London, United Kingdom.

Shaseevan Ganeshananthan

Shaseevan

Shaseevan is Founding Director of Noolaham Foundation from start the foundation in mid 2008.

Shaseevan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1982. He followed B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics and Statistics) in University of Colombo. He has completed the diploma level in the British Computer Society (BCS) examinations. His research Interests are Networked Information Economy/Tech-Sociology, Information Science - Architecture - Society, Knowledge Economy, Technological change on Culture, Politics and Society.

Shaseevan is currently a Research Fellow which is initiated by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC) and National University of Singapore (NUS) forming a research collaboration with “Beyond Borders” Sri Lanka. He works as the Ececutive Director of The International Institute of Research and Analytical Activities (IIRAA), a research institute that coordinates existing talents and aims to provide independent spaces for their interaction and integration. It evolves around the concepts of Virtual Research Environment (VRE).

He was Contributing Project Coordinator of Project Noolaham and Start several projects. He is the driving force behind Project Noolaham. Under his management, Noolaham grew exponentially in number of works digitalized, and its organizational capacity was strengthened. He founded Noolaham Foundation and working as Executive Director.

He is located in Jaffna and Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Kopinath Thillainathan

Kopinath

Kopinath is Chief Information Officer of Noolaham Foundation.

Kopinatha was born in 1982 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is graduated in Finance and accounting from University of Curtain, Australia.

Kopinath is a founding Coordinator of Noolaham. His focus is on building platforms to create digital Tamil content with efficieny. He contributed to the initial development of the Naal Oru Nool digitization project, and contributes to Tamil Wikimedia projects.

He is located in Perth, Australia.

NimalPrakashan Skandakumar

Nimal is the Technological Lead for Noolaham.

Nimal was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1985. He studied in Royal College, Sri Lanka. Nimal is a graduate in Computer Science and Engineering from University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. His career focus is in Systems Engineering, Information Security, Databases and Bio-informatics, with special expertise in Privacy Enabled Systems and Multimedia.

Nimal following Doctor of Philosophy in Information Security in Queensland University of Technology, Brisbane, Australia.

He is located in Brisbane, Australia.

Seran Sivananthamoorthy

Seran

Seran is the Chief Operational Officer of Noolaham.

Seran was born in 1190 in Jaffna. He studies Jaffna Hindu College. He is an Engineering student at the University of Moratuwa, Colombo. He was President, Secretary and leading lot of Organizations in School Level.

He administrators the day to day operations of Noolaham's digitalization efforts. He is an up-and-coming Tamil young activist. Earlier he is working in Noolaham Foundation as a General Manager.

He is located in Colombo, Sri Lanka.

Vinodh Rajan

Vinodh

Vinodh is the Wiki Developer and Responsible person for Noolaham.

Vinodh was born in 1988 in Chennai, India. Vinodh is a graduate in Information Technology and Chemical Engineering from Anna University, Chennai, India. He is fluent in English, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Kannada and Malayalam. His research interests are Linguistics and Technology, Orthographies and web intelligent.

He is the older contributor on noolaham websites. He implement lot of new changes in noolaham wiki and specialist in mediawiki software.

He is located in Chennai, India.

Guruparan Kumaravadivel

Guruparan

Guruparan is the legal advisor for Noolaham Foundation.

Guruparan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1985. He studied at Jaffna Hindu College. He Graduated Law Degree in University of Colombo. He is batch top and Gold medalist in Law Faculty, University of Colombo, Sri Lanka.

He was working as a assistant lecturer attached to the Department of Law in the University of Jaffna. He teaches Constitutional Law, Public International Law and the Law of Delict. Previously he has worked as a consultant with the Centre for Policy Alternatives, Berghof Foundation for Conflict Studies and the International Crisis Group. He was Founder Convenor of the Sri Lankan Youth Parliament and a member of the National Taskforce on Youth Employment.

He will join theUniversity of Oxford as a post graduate student in Law on a Chevening Scholarship awarded by the Government of the United Kingdom
