Rathina Iyer Pathmanaba Iyer
Rathina Iyer Pathmanaba Iyer is a Pioneer of Sri Lankan Tamil Digitization (1999) and the Founding Chairman of Noolaham Foundation (2008) and Governance Board Member. He is currently concentrating Digital Library Collection Development 2020, Vaasihasalai 2020, Digitization of Donated Documents, Collection Development & Chapter Operations - United Kingdom processes.
Pathmanaba Iyer was born in 1941 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He graduated in Mathematics and Physics from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka. He has worked as a Divisional Officer in the Land Commissioner’s Department, Sri Lanka, from 1972 to the end of 1989 when he left for the United Kingdom.
He pioneered Sri Lankan Tamil digitization efforts in collaboration with Project Madurai in 1999. He is a well known publisher and founded and operates Tamiliyal Publications. His contribution to Sri Lankan Tamil Literature spans more than four decades. He contributed the milestone achievement of the translation of documents from Tamil to English. Pathmanaba Iyer was instrumental in bringing creative works with diverse points of views to the fore. In 2004, he was awarded with Iyal Viruthu, an award organized by the South Asia Studies Centre of the University of Toronto and the Tamil Literary Garden, for his lifetime achievements.

Shaseevan is the Founding Director (2008), Executive Director (2008 - 2015 ) and Board Member of Noolaham Foundation.
He is currently concentrating Governance & Policy, Organizational Strategy & Sustainability, Partnerships & Collaborations, Process Management and Oversight, Communications, Public Relation & Community Outreach, Resource Mobilization & Sustainability and Annual Plan and Monitoring.
Shaseevan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1982.
He followed B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics and Statistics) in University of Colombo.
He is a Member of British Computer Society.
He is a serial entrepreneur who has founded a corporate group of companies functioning in software development, digital marketing and business startup ecosystem that helps entrepreneurs, enterprises and investors to establish successful businesses.

Kopinath Thillainathan
Kopinath Thillainathan is Co Founder of Project Noolaham (2005), Founding Director of Noolaham Foundation (2008 ). He is currently concentrating Digital Library & Archive, Noolaham Australia, Digital Preservation, Manuscript Archive 2022, Diversity Initiative and Metadata enrichment 2022
Kopinath was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1982. He is a Finance and Accounting graduate from the University of Curtin, Australia.
Kopinath started digitization initiatives 2004, through Eelanool.

Seran Sivananthamoorthy
Seran is Former board member of the Noolaham Foundation. Earlier he worked as a General Manager in Noolaham Foundation.
Seran was born in 1990 in Jaffna. He studied at the University of Moratuwa, Colombo. He was awarded with 'Ashoka youth venture', a global community of young social entrepreneurs, an award organized by the Ashoka innovators for the public. He has actively participated in various activities and held leading positions including President, Secretary etc in school level.

Natkeeran L.Kanthan
Natkeeran is the volunteer for the Technology team.
He was responsible for developing the technical roadmap for the Noolaham digital library. He was the co-coordinator of Noolaham's executive meetings. He is also part of the Noolaham : Canada Team.
Nakeeran graduated with a Master of Engineering (Electrical-Computer Focus) from Ryerson University, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. He is a software developer with focus on business intelligence applications in Toronto, Canada. He also contributes to Tamil Wikipedia and human rights violations documentation projects. His interests include natural language processing, data mining, and Tamil language.

Mahendran Thiruvarangan
Mahendran Thiruvarangan is the Emeritus Board Member of Noolaham Foundation (2023 ).
M.Thiruvarangan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1985. Mahendran Thiruvarangan is a Senior Lecturer (Gr. 2) in English Literature at the University of Jaffna. He holds a PhD from the Graduate Center of the City University of New York. His research interests include postcolonial literature and cultures, literature and coexistence and social justice. He is currently concentrating Research for Documentation, Initiatives & Proposal Writing.

Vimalanathan Vimalathithan
Vimalathithan is responsible for Foundation's objective 1 programs.
Vimalathithan was born in Point Pedro, Sri Lanka in 1985. He studied at Royal College, Colombo and presently following the final year of Bachelor of Arts in Tamil at Madurai Kamaraj University. At present he is working as an Assistant Manager, for Board of Architectural Education, Sri Lanka Institute of Architects. He was the Senior Prefect of Royal College and the Vice Captain of Royal College Tamil Debating Team, and he achieved many prizes, trophies and medals for Poetry and Debating in zonal and national level. He held the positions as Editor and Sub-Editor for the magazines “Navarasam”, “Thamizh Nayam” and “Sivasakthi”.
Photography, Poetry and Graphic Designing are his favorite creative fields. He is very much interested in Ancient Tamil Society’s Culture, Economy, Technology, Arts and Settlement patterns. Thagitha Publication, Coimbature, India, has published his poems in 2010 as a book titled “Poiyum Pazhangathaiyum verungkanavum”. His research interests are South Asian Archaeology, Heritage Management and Tamil Devotional Literature.

Harishanth Thiraviyanathan
Harishanth Thiraviyanathan is co-mentor for KPI & Career Planning, Training, Learning and Development and Chapter Operations - Singapore. He has been part of Noolaham volunteers team Since 2011 and has led Communications and Resource Mobilization teams in the past. Harishanth was born in 1992 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is an alumni of University Of Moratuwa and Jaffna Hindu College.
He is a Software Engineer by profession and located in Singapore.
Gowrishangar Yogendran
Gowrishangar Yogendran is Finance Team Coordinator of the Foundation. He is responsible for Noolaham Foundation's overall accounting activities.
Gowrishangar was born in 1991 in Jaffna. He was a student of Colombo Hindu College where he served as a prefect and participated in various activities organized by the school. Currently he is following CIMA.
He is located in Colombo, Srilanka.

Anuheman is coordinating Event Management Team of the foundation.
Anuheman was born in 1990 in Jaffna. He studied in Colombo Hindu College. Currently, he is an Engineering undergraduate student at the University of Moratuwa, Colombo.

Guruparan Kumaravadivel
Dr. Kumaravadivel Guruparan is responsible for Collaboration & Partnership.
Guruparan served as an academic attached to the Department of Law, University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka between 2010 and 2020 serving as Senior Lecturer at the time of resignation. He served as Head of the Department between January 2017 and November 2019.
He is also a practicing attorney and has appeared as lead counsel in a number of cases relating to post-war human rights and humanitarian law issues in Northern Sri Lanka including in cases relating to the right to memory and remembrance in the post war context, the rights of families of the disappeared and post-war land issues. He is a Co-founder of the Tamil Civil Society Forum and Founder Chair of the Adayaalam Centre for Policy Research, based in Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
He holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Colombo, a BCL from Balliol College, University of Oxford and a PhD from University College London in Public International Law and Comparative Constitutional Law. He was awarded the Chevening Scholarship in 2010 and the Commonwealth Scholarship in 2013.
He is currently located in London, United Kingdom.
Sentitcumaran Ramalingham
Sentitcumaran is the Registered Company Secretary of the Foundation.
He was born in 1972 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka and educated in Jaffna St. Johns College. He passed out as an Attorney-at-Law from the Sri Lanka Law College in 1999. He is practicing as a Notary Public and a Registered Company secretary.
He is a partner of the law firm SV Law Associates and chairman of the Eesho Property Care (Pvt) Ltd. He is an active member of the Lions clubs International District 306B1 (Home club- Lions club of Kotahena) and severed as the Chairperson-Constitution and by laws and Chairman-Elections and nominations.
He is located in Bambalapitiya, Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Andi Schubert
Andi Schubert contribute towards advocacy related activities.
Andi Schubert was born in Colombo in 1986. He graduated from the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Kelaniya with an Honors Degree in English in 2010.
He is the founder/coordinator of the Young Researchers' Collective that has been working since early 2010 to develop the next generation of research activists and public intellectuals in Sri Lanka.
His research interests are currently identity, conflict, history and memory, language and class, reconciliation and the democratization of knowledge production.
He is currently based in Colombo, Sri Lanka

Piratheepan Paramanathan
Piratheepan is Coordinator the Noolaham USA. He served in the Noolaham Foundation Board of Trustees in 2008. Piratheepan joined as a volunteer in 2006 and helped creating Noolaham content pages in Joomla and Mediawiki. He organized the first fund raising activity for Project Noolaham in 2007 in Southern California.
Piratheepan was born in Kanderodai, Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He studied in Jaffna Hindu College, Jaffna. Piratheepan received a B.Sc in Civil Engineering from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka in 1997 and a MS in Civil Engineering from the Clemson University, South Carolina in 2002. While in Peradeniya, he actively participated in various cultural activities and served as the President of the university Tamil Society in 1996/1997.
He is located in Los Angeles, California, United States of America.
Sutharshan Sirinivasan
Sutharshan Sirinivasan is responsible for Noolaham Canada. As a blogger he constantly introduced Noolaham through his writings and is currently engaged in introducing Noolaham to Canadian Tamil society.
Sutharshan was born in Colombo, Srilanka in 1979. He studied in Jaffna Hindu College and in Lester B. Pearson Collegiate Institute in Canada.
As a blogger his focuses are mainly in constructively discussing the post war conditions and also in documenting the lives of Tamils in Canada.
He is located in Toronto, Canada.
Ketheswaran Ponmailainathan
Dr. P. Ketheswaran is responsible for Noolaham : Australia. He started contributing towards Noolaham activities in 2008. As he is an editor of a quarterly Magazine `Kalappai'. He has been involved in a number of projects to preserve Tamil language and culture amongst Tamil Diaspora.
Ketheswaran is originally from Karugampanai (near Keerimalai), Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He studied at Mahajana College (1-10 grades) and then at St.John's College, Jaffna. Ketheswaran is a Consultant Radiologist in Sydney. He completed his MBBS degree at the University of Sydney, Australia. Then he obtained his specialist degree in Radiology. While he was in the Sydney University, he established `Sydney university Tamil Society' and actively initiated and coordinated in various projects (including The Unifund Project, Tamil Competitions, Publishing Kalappai Magazine, Publishing a Social/Business directory(Tamil guide) for Tamils in Sydney and several other projects). He served as the President of the Sydney university Tamil Society in 1994/1995. He is now the President of the Australian Medical Aid Foundation (Sydney Branch).

Bharaneetharan J
Bharaneetharan was responsible for the Noolaham : United Kingdom from 2012 to 2015.
Bharaneetharan was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1984. He studied in Jaffna Hindu College, Jaffna. Bharaneetharan received a B.Sc in Computer Networks from the University of East London, England in 2009. He is working as Journalist and producer in Television.

Thivatharan Jeganathan
Thivatharan is the Coordinator of the Noolaham Colombo group.
Thivatharan was born in 1990 in Jaffna. He studied in Colombo Hindu College. Currently, he is a science undergraduate student at the University of Colombo.
He has actively participated in various activities and held leading positions including President, Secretary and Prefect etc in school level.

Gauthaman Kunchithapatham
Gauthaman coordinates Noolaham Jaffna activities and handles related administration issues of the Foundation.
He was born in 1982 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He is a Psychology graduate from the University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. Currently he is working as Jaffna District Psychology Officer (National Child Protection Officer) Jaffna District Secretariat and as a visiting lecturer at University of Jaffna. He had woked in Department of Philosophy, University of Jaffna as an Assistant Lecturer in Psychology. He had researched about Teenage Pregnancy and its Psychological Effects during 2009. He contributes as resource person to Ahavoli, Vizhi and JASAC.

Jananthan Thavarajah
Jananthan contributes towards advocacy related activities.
Currently he works as a Prosthetist and Orthotist in Rehabilitation of People with Physical Disabilities Project in Vavuniya General Hospital, run by an INGO. Also he is a Part time Psychology and Counselling Undergraduate Student at Aquinas University College, Colombo.
He is located in Vavuniya, Sri Lanka.

Arangaraj Jeganathan
Arangaraj is contributing towards digitizing palm leaves other historical manuscripts.
Arangaraj was born in 1975. He is a graduate from Annamalai University, finished his M.Phil about Tamil Text Books at Tamil University, Thanjavur and got his Ph.D at Tamil University, Thanjavur. He is also awarded with Post Doctoral fellowship by Central Institute of Classical Tamil, Chennai in 2010.
He has worked as Assistant Editor for the monthly journal “Centhamizh” publilshed by Madurai Tamil Sangam; published various journal articles; participated in various seminars and workshops and presented papers; edited many books and works including Suvamy Vibalantha’s speech & write and Research Articles of Swamy Gnanaprakasam and authored two books. His expertise includes preservation of heritage materials including palm leaves and manuscripts and Tamil Literature.
He is located in Namakkal, Tamilnadu, India.
Srikanthaluxmi Arulanantham
Srikanthaluxmi contributed as the Consultant on Library and Information Science. She was also responsible for implementing library science standards.
Srikanthaluxmi was born in Inuvil, Jaffna. She studied in Ramanathan College, Chunnakam. She is a graduate in Economics from University of Jaffna, Sri Lanka. She two postgraduate degrees in Library and Information Science from Documentation Research and Training Centre(DRTC), Bangalore and Madurai Kamaraj University.
She was working as Chief Librarian in University of Jaffna, Srilanka. She was actively participating organize information in village level libraries. She was the director of Foundation for Library Awareness(FOLA)n. She is author of several books.

Technology Team
Vinodh Rajan
Vinodh was responsible for the technical infrastructure of the foundation and contributed as a Mediawiki developer. He spearheaded the optimization of the site by automating wiki tasks, integrating various tools and implementing various updates. Vinodh was also maintaining a group to handle and improve the website. Vinodh has previously contributed to Tamil Wikipedia and as well as many of the activities of the Tamil Heritage Foundation including Heritage Wiki.
He is originally from Chennai, India. He is interested in writing systems, languages and digital humanities. He has a PhD in Digital Paleography at the University of St Andrews, Scotland. Prashanth Sirinivasan
Prashanth is contributing to the Tech Infrastructure Management, Technology Services & Software Development, Technology Research Lab (NF Lab) and Next-generation AI-based eco-system for Noolaham. Prashanth is also participating in Noolaham USA fundraising as well.
Prashanth was born in 1982 in Colombo,Sri Lanka. He studied in Jaffna Hindu College and Bampalapitiya Hindu College and graduated in Information Technology from the Sri Lanka Institute of Information Technology, Srilanka. He has performed various roles in the software Industry and actively involved in many projects in Sri Lanka,India, Canada and USA. He is currently working as a Senior Software Consultant in USA.
He focuses on the history of Language , Community and Land of Tamils.
He is currently located in North Carolina, USA.
Sarveswaran Kengatharaiyer
Sarveswaran Kengatharaiyer is responsible for Virtual Learning Environments to Noolaham Foundation.
Kengatharaiyer Sarveswaran, known as Sarves, was born in Jaffna Sri Lanka in 1981. Sarves currently attached to the Department of Computer Science as a lecturer since 2011. He also serves as an eLearning consultant at this University since 2009. Prior to joining to the University of Jaffna, he worked as a Systems Engineer at University of Moratuwa and LK Domain Registry for 4 years. He has provided consultancies to Government and Private organizations while in Colombo. He holds B.Sc. in Computer Science from University of Peradeniya and Masters of Science in Computer Science from University of Moratuwa. Sarves has published research papers in conferences held in Sri Lanka and abroad. He has been in several conference organizing committees, including INET-Colombo. He received his secondary education from St’ Anthony’s College, Kandy and Jaffna Hindu College.
He is actively working on community empowerment. He is a co-founder/founder member of Yarl IT Hub, Nudpam, and ISoC-Sri Lanka organizations which work towards Community development and empowerment. Sarves serves in several executive committees, and holds positions including Director, President, Chairman, and Vice-President in different organizations.
His interests are Local Language Computing, e-Learning, and Natural Language Processing. He has led several Localization projects while at University of Moratuwa and he is a l10N committer of leading Open Source Projects including Mozilla, Joomla!, GeoGebra. He has conducted more than 50 seminars and workshops, mainly for Local Language Computing and Web development, for various levels of audience from school students, general Public to University professors. Sarves writes Technical Columns, essays, Technical Manuals in Tamil, and Short stories in his leisure time. He has authored/co-authored user manuals for Joomla!, Moodle and Mozilla.

Kanthasamy Sureshkumar
Sureshkumar serves as Program Coordinator of the Virtual Learning Environment project. He was born in 1990 in Jaffna, Srilanka. He studied at Jaffna Hindu College. He is currently reading his engineering undergraduate degree in University of Moratuwa, Colombo, SriLanka.
He has contributed to school level Basket ball team and Cricket team. And he has led the basketball team for one year. He was awarded as Best Student of the year-2009 in his school days.

S. Kuneswaran
Kuneswaran contributes towards Puthiya Noolaham newsletter and other outreach activities.
Kuneswaran was born in Jaffna, Sri Lanka in 1971. He studied in Uduppiddy American Mission College. Kuneswaran received a B.A (Hons) from the University of Jaffna in 1999. He has authored two books, a poetry book and an article collection. He has also edited four other books.
He is currently working as Teacher in Chemamadu Sanmuganantha Maha vidyalayam, Vavuniya.
His interests include diaspora tamil Literature, poetry, criticism, Photography and blogs.
He is located in Jaffna, Srilanka.
Kawsihen Elankumaran
Kawsihen Elankumaran contribute towards Tamil to English translation related activities.
Kawsihen was born in 1992 in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. He had his secondary education at Jaffna Hindu College. He held leading administrative positions at school level and showed colours in the academic side as well. He was also a member of the Prefects Guild of the school.
Currently he is an engineering undergraduate at the Faculty of Engineering, University of Moratuwa, Colombo.

Thiruvarangan was born in Jaffna, Srilanka in 1981. He studied at Jaffna Hindu College. He is a Science Graduate from the University of Colombo. He is following Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) and doing final level.
He is working as Accounts Assistant from 2007 June in Stassen Group of Companies, Colombo.
