The Sri Lankan Tamil speaking communities and individuals are diverse by abilities, place of origin, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, political views, experiences of marginalization, etc. Noolaham Foundation is committed to building a diverse, inclusive, and accessible community digital library and archive. We recognize that there are major gaps in Noolaham in representing and serving our diverse communities. Noolaham Foundation's Diversity and Inclusion Report will transparently report how our commitments are reflected in policies, programs/collections, people and practices and how we are making progress on building a diverse and inclusive community organization.
