Archiving Case Briefs in relation to crimes prosecuted by the domestic courts in Sri Lanka of relevance to the debate on accountability and reconciliation Project A will strengthen informed Tamil participation in the constitutional reform process in the future. A complete documentation of the Tamil proposals, drafts from over the years will help Tamil Parliamentarians, civil society groups, activists to forge a proposal that builds on past work and is relevant to the current needs and aspirations of the Tamil community.
