Noolaham Steering Board (NSB) coordinates and manages the global operations of the Noolaham Movement. The day to day activities are managed by staff and volunteers.
Strategy PlanningLong term as well as short term strategies are developed by Steering Board. Please refer our Roadmap 2020 for an outline of our future plans. Steering Board MeetingsRegular Steering Board Meetings are held to discuss on going activities, issues and to plan Noolaham Foundation's continuous improvement and growth. These meeting is held via skype and specific topics are discussed in each meeting. Minutes of important meetings are documented at Internal Wiki. Links and Information related to issues discussed at the meetings are documented at Information Base. PoliciesThe Noolaham Foundation policies are being developed to guide the Foundation towards achieving its organizational objectives. Noolaham Foundation's policies and guidelines are developed guide organizational activities, clarify principles, and to otherwise further Noolaham Foundations objectives. |
Project ManagementNoolaham Foundation's Programs, Projects and Activities are managed on an ongoing basis using Redmine (a free and open source, web-based project management tool) to manage the Programs, Projects and Activities. Projects are divided into tasks, and tasks and deliverables are managed using this Redmine Project Management System.. Internal Wiki is other Management related system for Noolaham Foundation. Daily, Monthly and quarterly reports are updated at the Internal wiki. Manuals and other internal documents of the foundation are also documented at the Internal Wiki. Operational ManagementThe day to day activities and tasks of the Foundation are currently being managed by various volunteers and staff. Program Officer and Program assistants are responsible for day to day activities related to specific programs. Activity reports are documented at Internal Wiki and the project progress is monitored through the Project Management System.. Overall operational management is currently managed by Chief Operating Officer. |
