Mr. Ganesharajah Balabawan is the Manager - Finance, Human Resource and Admin at Noolaham Foundation.
He awarded with Higher National Diploma in Accountancy. He has been working nearly 15 years in INGOs including UN as Finance Officer. Also he had previously played the role of Officer in charge throughout his career.
In this current role, he is the in-charge for Overall HR , Admin and Finance procedures generally.
He is located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
