Puthiya Noolaham is a monthly newsletter published by the Foundation. It carries news related to The Foundation and various other articles.

Annual Report

Outreach
Noolaham Foundation is trying to engage with the public institutions, activist groups, NGOs and other organizations which are working with srilankan tamil communities. Our outreach program is mainly focusrd on above elements to initiate colloboration with such organizations.
