Public Affairs Office of the U. S. Department of State, Colombo has provided an award for documentation and archiving of rare and endangered materials. This project supported by the Federal Assistance award will be implemented in Colombo and Jaffna.

Two workshops will be conducted during this project to train and create awareness among young people. Printed documents in various formats will be collected for documentation and preservation.
