Phase 1
- Collect physical documents to scan. Physical documents include syllabus, teacher manuals, text books, model/exam papers and past exam papers of general examinations
- Scan documents
- Design and implement framework to display documents
- Upload and give access the documents
- Introduce digital library of VLE to student societies
Phase 2
- Structure and reorganize each courses to reduce complexity of learning
- Design and implement each course within learning management system
- Refer digital library documents as course materials
- Prepare and upload easy learning materials. Easy learning materials include animations, videos, short notes
- Introduce learning management system to student societies
Phase 3
- Introduce peer-to-peer learning tools(evaluation tools, learning material sharing tools)
- Create interactive forums in learning management system connecting intellectuals
- Appoint a teacher panel for each course
- Form student bodies for VLE in schools and other institutes
