Professor Sabharathnam Jeyarasa (Saba. Jeyarasa) is one of the Patron of Noolaham Foundation. He has served in the Noolaham Foundation advisory board since the foundation was established he contrubuted to the establishement of good reputation for Noolaham Foundation among the society.

He was born in Jaffna in1940. He graduated in Education from the University of Peradeniya, Sri Lanka and Earn Master of Education in University of Colombo and Ph.D. in University of Jaffna.

He worked as a lecturer and head of the department of Education and head of the department of Ramanaathan Acadaemy of Fine Arts at the University of Jaffna from 1980 to 2005. He also worked as Editor at Educational research -Quareterly Research Magazine. He has published books and research articles on Education,Theories of Criticism on Art and Literature and Education - Psychology. Currently he is working as visiting lecturer at Eastern University and the Open university in Sri Lanka. Also, President of ‘ 'ColomboTamil Sangam’.

He is located in Colombo, Srilanka.
