A discussion was held on 30th November 2013 in the Noolaham Foundation office with Mr. Thilagarajah Mayilvaganam(Malliyappusanthi) as the continuity of the last discussion held on 28th September 2013 to develop the documentation process of upcountry documents. He submitted six digitized version of books and also agreed to share the balance 23 documents during the course of 2013. Aiming at the expansion of contributors from up-country, it has been decided to have an introductory meeting with up-country community on documenting the up-country documents. Relevant stake holder mapping was also conducted and identified the potential intellectuals who should be taken in and invited for the event. It was also suggested to conduct the discussion event combined with cultural programs like ‘Koothu’. Tentative dates for the introductory sessions were proposed on 18th and the 19th of January 2014.
