Mr. Saravanamuthu Sivanesasingam is a Programme Manager at Noolaham Foundation. He awarded with B. Sc degree at University of Jaffna. He worked in UNDP and UNICEF and has more than 18 years experience in both UN agencies. Also he had previously played the role of Mine Action, Child Protection, Health & Nutrition , Water & Sanitation and Operations.
In this current role,He is in-charge of Projects implementation.
He is located in Jaffna, Sri Lanka.
