Shanmugam Shanmugapriyan is a Regulatory Board member of Noolaham Foundation. He has contributed as the Chief Program Executive between 2013-2014. Shanmugapriyan is a B.Sc (special honor) degree holder of Eastern University and M.Sc in Organizational Management (course work completed) at Post Graduate Institute of Agriculture. He is reading online the Post Graduate Diploma at the University of Colombo.
He has functioned as the Programme Development Officer for USAID/RISEN project, DAI for the period of Aug 2012 - July 2013, as the Programme Officer of Programme Management Unit for UNDP TRP from May 2009 to April 2012, as the Field Programme Officer & Officer In Charge for UNDP TRP, Batticaloa from march 2004 - May 2009, as the Managing Assistant for UNDP - CIPA project, EUSL, CARM from Dec 2003 - March 2004. He has also served as a visiting part time instructor in Information Technology in the medium of English at SLAIT, Batticaloa and as a Demonstrator & Temporary Assistant Lecturer at EUSL for the period of 2 years from the May 2003.
